  • •Designed and shipped Ascendly end-to-end as sole engineer: FastAPI + React monorepo for Balanced Scorecard, org/schedules, notifications, learning, and ops—replacing spreadsheet-based employee evaluation workflows
  • •Built a MongoDB → BigQuery BSC analytics pipeline with rolling sync, finalize/reopen, and scoped resync so leadership dashboards stay accurate without blocking scorecard CRUD
  • •Delivered a production Windows Electron client (Google OAuth, encrypted refresh tokens, system tray, Weekly Kudos widget, NSIS installer + auto-update)
  • •Implemented Google OAuth with domain allowlisting and hierarchical RBAC (employee → dept → cluster → super admin), plus impersonation and page-level visibility controls
  • •Developed and maintained full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and MySQL
  • •Engineered internal dashboards and tools for Amazon operations: automated listing updates, pricing systems, and reporting pipelines
